MARS gives warranty to its kilns for 2 years from the date of invoice for defects of material and workmanship. Within this period, MARS is obliged to supply spare parts of any material that is proven defective in material and/or workmanship.
This warranty is valid for all kilns that is produced to be used in ceramic, glass industry and is present in production programme. Thermocouples, controllers, electrical fixtures, heating elements and kiln operating accessories are not under the warranty.
Regular abrasion and wearing, mechanical and/or chemical damages, regular shrinkage, damages caused by the excessive heating are not under this warranty. MARS is not accepted any responsibility for any material or equipment and any loss or damage other than mentioned materials.
To support his/her claim regarding the fault in the kiln construction, customer is obliged to submit temperature table records (from the start-up date of the kiln to the date of the claim) in order to prove that the kiln is not operated higher than max. kiln temperature.
