All MARS kilns could be returned within 15 days of the invoice date, under the following conditions;
Along with the copy of invoice, written request for refund should be sent to the company.
The kiln is delivered to the company on the date mutually agreed or a written request is sent to the company to take the kiln with a written confirmation of undertaking to cover the expenses.
The kiln is examined in 7 days from delivery date and necessary expenses are determined in order to renew the kiln. After expenses are deducted from the invoice amount, remaining balance is paid back to the customer.
