MARS Kilns are under the service warranty of ÖZMAK Müh. Mim. San.ve Tic.Ltd.Şti for 10 years.

The service is given;

in 24 hours, if the kiln is located in Istanbul;

in 2-3 working days, if the kiln is located in Turkey;

in 7 working days, if the kiln is located sent abroad.
